Nate and his crew did an amazing job removing two big maple trees from our front yard and a small maple close to the neighbor's house. The job was done in a day with no problems. The whole crew was very nice and professional, it was interesting to watch them all day do their job. This is the second time we have used Deep Rooted and we will use them again for some other trees. Nate responded to my initial inquiry right away and got me a quote the same day. We needed 2 big maple trees cut down, but we were keeping the wood. He came on the scheduled day and did what we asked - drop and walk as he called it! He was flexible as we weren't home at the time and I had to use my lunch break to pay him - he let me know when he was done and I ran home.
